Manufacturing Supervisor - 3rd Shift

We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to be based out of our Harvey, IL facility for 3rd shift (11p - 7a, M-F), occasional Saturdays. Reporting to the Production Manager, this person will be responsible for supervising and leading the machine operating staff with an emphasis on teamwork, continuous improvement, and have full ownership for the shift safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of supervisory experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and experience in manufacturing operations. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is strongly preferred.
