Dishwasher/Prep Cook

Mishqui Peruvian Bistro is a scratch kitchen/casual dining restaurant. We are growing our team and hiring a part-time Dishwasher/Prep Cook.

The Dishwasher/Prep Cook is an integral part of our kitchen, so we are looking for a high-energy individual with an impeccable attention to detail. No experience necessary. We are willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities include:

• Washing dishes, utensils and cookware
• Washing, chopping and portioning ingredients like vegetables and meats
• Sanitizing kitchen work area

Ability to communicate in Spanish is required.
