Position: Maintenance Technician-Bluff Ridge Apartments
Apartment Maintenance Technician

We're looking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician who takes pride in quality work, enjoys helping residents, and isn't afraid to tackle a variety of maintenance challenges. If you're the person others count on to get things done right the first time, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform apartment turns, punch work, and make-readies
- Maintain the grounds and overall appearance of the community
- Troubleshoot and complete general plumbing and electrical repairs
- Assist with pool maintenance
- Keep the maintenance shop organized and well-stocked
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of the on-call rotation
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred
- HVAC experience required
- HVAC certification preferred
- CPO certification preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a strong team-player mindset
- Ability to remain professional and effective under pressure
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required
- Weekend availability and shared on-call availability are required
