Enterprise Program Manager

To support the success of large Dynatrace customers, the full-time remote Enterprise Program Manager will manage the deployment of Dynatrace software, provide operational guidance, and drive digital transformation initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Provide Enterprise level Program Management services for end-to-end Dynatrace rollouts for up to 2 clients Align Dynatrace services with partners to ensure cohesive service delivery and successful engagement management Lead client meetings and presentations, defining and tracking customer goals based on business needs Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in Dynatrace Technology Consulting or equivalent Technical Consulting experience Solid technical background in delivering Observability focused solutions and services Experience with large enterprise deployments and leading organizational initiatives Project management training, experience, and certification
