Stewarding Supervisor

The Stewarding Supervisor leads the back-of-house operations at Jamul Casino, ensuring all kitchen and dish areas run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This role oversees stewarding staff, manages inventory and supplies, maintains health and sanitation standards, and supports training, scheduling, and team development. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean and organized environment while upholding food safety compliance. Must be Serve Safe certified, and experienced in hospitality or stewarding leadership.
