We are looking for an experienced Lead Compliance Officer to join our company and help ensure that our financial operations are in line with all applicable laws and regulations. The Lead Compliance Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective compliance program that will safeguard our organization and its customers.The ideal candidate should possess a thorough knowledge of the banking industry and its regulatory environment. They should have excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Additionally, they should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Risk Management, Law, or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in the banking industry. Develop and implement an effective compliance program to ensure that all financial operations are in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Monitor and analyze changes in compliance laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure that the compliance program is up to date.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Report on compliance matters to senior management and other stakeholders.

Identify areas of compliance risk and develop strategies to address them.

Develop and provide training to staff on compliance topics.

Monitor the performance of the compliance program and suggest necessary changes.

Maintain and update records related to compliance activities.

Prepare and submit compliance related reports to regulatory bodies.
