Upper Level Marketing is growing our Worcester team and hiring a full-time Retail Customer Associate to represent AT&T inside major retail locations. As a Retail Customer Associate, you'll work directly with customers, demonstrate AT&T wireless products and services, answer questions, and help people compare connectivity solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget.

Responsibilities of the Retail Customer Associate

• Welcome customers into the retail environment and learn about their communication needs, preferences, and goals.
• Demonstrate AT&T wireless devices, plans, and current promotions through informative, customer-focused sales conversations.
• Help customers compare available products and recommend wireless solutions that align with their lifestyle and budget.
• Guide customers through account setup, service selections, activations, and product recommendations while creating a positive sales experience.
• Answer questions about wireless services, upgrades, promotions, and available features with confidence and professionalism.
• Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and consultative sales interactions.
• Collaborate with fellow Retail Customer Associate team members to achieve daily sales goals and support overall campaign performance.
• Participate in ongoing Retail Customer Associate training designed to strengthen communication, product knowledge, and sales skills.

Qualifications of the Retail Customer Associate

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Interest in customer service, retail, or sales.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, athletics, campus organizations, or other people-focused environments is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Motivated to grow professionally as a Retail Customer Associate.
• Interested in building communication, leadership, and sales skills.
