We are seeking a motivated Licensed Medicare Enrollment Agent to assist Medicare‑eligible individuals with understanding and enrolling in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug plans. Responsibilities Meet with prospective Medicare beneficiaries in person, by phone, or virtually Educate clients on Medicare coverage options Conduct needs‑based consultations and plan comparisons Complete enrollments in accordance with CMS guidelines Maintain accurate records and follow compliance requirements Build and maintain referral relationships within the community Qualifications Active Michigan Health Insurance License AHIP certification (current or willing to obtain) Strong communication and customer service skills Self‑motivated and organized Ability to work independently Medicare sales experience preferred but not required What We Offer Flexible part‑time schedule Competitive commission structure Training and ongoing support Marketing assistance and lead opportunities Opportunity for growth into a full‑time role #J-18808-Ljbffr
