On Demand Delivery Driver - Box Truck

## Overview

We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. Driver hired will be assigned to on demand routes. Starting pay for on-demand routes is $20.00 per hour. Some projects have bonus potential.

A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE IS REQUIRED. Although we make every effort to keep schedules consistent within a given week, this role supports many different different customers and oftentimes are given the opportunity to cover "Hotshot" routes.

Duties for this route include:

• Covering vacation for existing routes. (Auto-parts, Retail, and Pharmaceutical)

-Start times for vacation coverage range from 7:00 pm to 8:00 am

• 90% of routes start between 1:00 am & 4:00 am.
• White glove special deliveries
• Packaging and Unpacking medical and IT equipment
• Clothing pick up and delivery
• Out of town overnight stays are required 5-10 nights per year.

## Duties

• Safely drive company vehicles to deliver products to customers
• Load and unload goods from the vehicle
• Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols

## Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Familiarity with using pallet jacks for loading/unloading
• Excellent communication skills
• Commercial driving experience is a plus
• Knowledge of warehouse operations is beneficial
