Duties
- Conduct proactive outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service.
- Generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, and leveraging CRM software for lead tracking and follow-up.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closing, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
- Utilize sales management systems proficiency to track performance metrics, forecast sales, and analyze market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that increase brand awareness and drive demand in target markets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software (Customer Relationship Management systems) such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment while maintaining high motivation levels.
- Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, upselling techniques, and lead generation strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market data, develop strategic plans, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude is essential.
