The National Medical Partnerships Leader will accelerate and scale the strategic direction of the Medical Partnerships channel, growing it into a nationally coordinated, high-performing growth engine. This is a leadership role that carries both full-channel accountability and direct revenue ownership: managing a team of five regional field reps across New York, South Florida, NorCal, and SoCal, while personally owning the cultivation and expansion of National Accounts and Health System relationships. Because every partnership begins with a physician's trust, this leader will serve as a credible, clinically fluent ambassador for Sollis with the doctors and systems we serve.

Sollis Health was founded by a primary care physician, and that origin still shapes how we partner with the medical community. We understand what it means to protect a patient relationship and uphold a referring doctor's standard of care, which is exactly why our Medical Partnerships channel is one of the most strategically important growth levers at Sollis. It is how physicians, practices, and health systems extend their reach, giving their patients immediate access to high-acuity care without losing the continuity their doctors have worked to build.

This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in build mode, ready to take a channel with real momentum, a growing regional team, and an expanding partner network, and drive it to national scale while surpassing targets.

This is a hybrid role based out of LA, NYC or Miami

Channel Ownership Revenue Growth

Own the national Medical Partnerships P L — driving new member enrollment through both contractually committed volume agreements and referral relationships across B2M and B2M2C channels.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of five regional field reps across New York, Florida, and California — setting regional and individual targets, performance standards, and running structured pipeline reviews that create accountability and forecasting clarity.

Carry a personal quota for National Accounts and Health Systems — directly managing a portfolio of large institutional partnerships including hospital systems and multi-site physician groups, from prospecting and contract negotiation through activation and growth.

Surface new market expansion opportunities for Sollis clinics by cultivating conversations with aligned medical practice partners.

Build the repeatable systems and playbooks that turn individual rep success into a scalable, nationally consistent approach to physician engagement, referral activation, and partner retention.

Strategy Program Development

Continuously refine Sollis's Medical Partnership offerings, model structures, and engagement approach — translating market feedback and performance data into sharper positioning, higher adoption rates, and stronger account growth across both new and existing partners

Lead the identification, coordination, and close of multi-region National Account opportunities

Partner with marketing on co-branded initiatives, partner-facing materials, and event strategy that reinforces Sollis's credibility and visibility within the referring physician community
