responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of tasks to support Our Client's operations under limited supervision, embracing diverse work assignments and cross-training opportunities.
• Interpret and execute tasks using wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, computer-generated pictures, and verbal instructions.
• Promote a cooperative team climate by leading by example and mentoring others in quality, safety, Lean, and HPWS philosophies.
• Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to shifting operational needs and taking on additional duties as requested.
• Safely handle, lift, and move heavy parts or equipment weighing up to 55 pounds during daily operations.
