Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front office activities, manage hospitality teams, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth within a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate is multilingual or bilingual, possesses strong supervisory skills, and has a solid background in hotel management and hospitality operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have Opera experience.
  • Lead and supervise front desk staff, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out procedures and seamless guest services
  • Oversee guest relations to foster positive experiences, handle inquiries, and resolve issues promptly
  • Manage hotel operations budgets, including forecasting, expense control, and revenue management strategies
  • Coordinate with human resources to recruit, train, and develop hospitality teams committed to excellence
  • Supervise night audit processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies
  • Oversee the operation of multi-line phone systems, maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times
  • Implement and monitor guest service standards to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations
  • Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Proven supervising experience in a hospitality or hotel management setting
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, revenue management, budgeting, and financial operations
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing hospitality teams and human resources functions
  • Experience with night audit procedures and managing front desk operations in resort or hotel environments
  • Familiarity with managing hospitality operations budgets and controlling expenses
  • Exceptional communication skills with a professional demeanor in person and over the phone
