About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of an advanced Real-Time Crime Center (RTCC) powered by AI, Decision Intelligence, and integrated public safety technologies.

This role bridges law enforcement operations, technology teams, system vendors, and executive leadership to ensure that mission-critical systems support operational decision-making 24/7.

The successful candidate will manage complex technology programs while ensuring operational readiness, interoperability, cybersecurity, and successful delivery of new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead RTCC technology implementation projects from planning through operational deployment.
• Manage schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and project resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software engineers, system administrators, GIS specialists, dispatch personnel, analysts, and law enforcement leadership.
• Work with vendors and technology partners to deliver integrated operational capabilities.
• Ensure seamless integration between CAD, RMS, GIS, CCTV, ALPR, drones, IoT sensors, video management systems, AI analytics, and Decision Intelligence platforms.
• Support executive decision-makers by translating operational needs into technology solutions.
• Develop operational procedures, governance, and technology roadmaps.
• Coordinate system testing, user acceptance, training, and production rollout.
• Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and business continuity requirements are met.
• Drive continuous improvement using operational metrics and lessons learned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• 5–10+ years managing enterprise technology projects.
• Experience with public safety, defense, homeland security, emergency management, or mission-critical operations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software implementation.
• Experience managing multi-vendor environments.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with RTCC environments.
• Experience implementing AI or Decision Intelligence solutions.
• Knowledge of GIS, CAD, RMS, video management, and public safety technologies.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
