Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 2nd Shift (4PM - 12AM, Sun.-Thur.) - Evaluation Center

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor client adherence to schedule and facility guidelines.
  • Report community activity to Nurse Supervisor and be responsible for documenting any unusual activity or behaviors.
  • Work, under direction of Nurse Supervisor, as part of team to maintain and promote therapeutic environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or needed.

Minimum And Additional Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Current certification as Nursing Assistant.
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current CPR certification preferred.
