Eligibility: This position is open exclusively to individuals who have previously held a Store Manager role at Spencer's / Spirit Halloween.
The Store Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and success of the store by:
- Maintaining exceptional guest services
- Controlling expenses and managing shrink
- Overseeing merchandising and inventory control
- Managing staffing and team dynamics
- Executing setup, pack-up, and teardown of our seasonal store
Requirements: Candidates must be at least 21 years old and have a flexible schedule. The job entails physical demands including 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is essential.
