Join our dynamic team as a Store Manager and lead store operations to drive maximum sales and profitability! Our hourly wage is competitive, ranging from $21.90 to $22.15, based on your qualifications and experience.

Eligibility: This position is open exclusively to individuals who have previously held a Store Manager role at Spencer's / Spirit Halloween.

The Store Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and success of the store by:

  • Maintaining exceptional guest services
  • Controlling expenses and managing shrink
  • Overseeing merchandising and inventory control
  • Managing staffing and team dynamics
  • Executing setup, pack-up, and teardown of our seasonal store

Requirements: Candidates must be at least 21 years old and have a flexible schedule. The job entails physical demands including 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is essential.
