Scheduler IV - Capital Construction Programs

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler IV to support major capital improvement and construction projects for Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD). This role is ideal for a scheduling professional with strong experience in project controls, schedule analysis, construction claims, and Primavera P6.

*Salary Range: $170K/Year-$185K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications

Hybrid Schedule : One (1) work-from-home (WFH) day per week

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project schedules for large construction and capital improvement projects.

Review contractor schedules for quality, accuracy, and contract compliance.

Analyze schedule impacts associated with change orders, delays, and potential claims.

Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value analyses.

Conduct time impact analyses and evaluate recovery schedules.

Monitor project progress and prepare schedule reports for management.

Participate in project meetings and site visits to assess construction progress.

Support cost-loaded schedules and cash flow forecasting.

Collaborate with project teams to identify risks, schedule challenges, and potential solutions.
