Position Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic

Compensation and Benefits
Annual Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
Bonus Structure: RVU-based monthly incentives, averaging $500–$2,000
Sign-On / Retention Bonus: $50,000

About the Role
This full-time opportunity is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients regain movement, improve function, and enhance their quality of life. You will work closely with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, while benefiting from a consistent weekday schedule and a strong clinic support system.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Administer manual therapy, exercise-based interventions, and therapeutic modalities
Track and reassess patient progress, modifying plans as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, recovery plans, and home strategies
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Use diagnostic tools and clinical reasoning to guide treatment
Promote preventive care and functional independence
Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical care standards
Qualifications
Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (U.S.-based only, excluding Puerto Rico)
Master’s degree in Physical Therapy required; DPT preferred
Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona or license-eligible prior to start date
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and time management skills
Commitment to patient-centered, outcomes-based care
