Accounting:

  • Manage Accounts Payable transactions (post to correct GL account, issue checks, file paid invoices)
  • Manage Accounts Receivable credit card transactions (process credit card payments, email and file paid receipts)
  • Manage employee expense reimbursements (collect Expense Reimbursement Requests, issue checks, file paid receipts)
  • Manage company credit card expense reports (post charges to correct GL account, reconcile charges to monthly statement)
  • Manage incoming mail (handle accounting mail and distribute other pieces to the correct department)
  • Maintain Vendor Files (electronic)
  • Answer incoming calls (handle accounting calls and direct others to the correct department/person)
  • Assist CFO in maintaining accurate records for financial reporting and Form 1099 preparation

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional manner and strong work ethic
  • Must possess above-average Excel skills
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
