Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

We’re seeking a skilled 1st Shift Maintenance Technician with ability to read electrical schematics and provide electrical/mechanical maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing equipment downtime. This is a great fit for a hands-on technician who wants consistent hours and no weekend work. Hours are 6am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday.

While this position pays up to $31/hour, it has 5 hours of overtime in the schedule weekly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Support production teams with quick, accurate repairs
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and follow established safety protocols
• Collaborate with other maintenance technicians to complete daily work assignments
• Assist with equipment installation, calibration, and continuous improvement projects

Qualifications:

• Recent manufacturing maintenance experience
• Ability to read electrical schematics is required and will be asked about in the interview
• Able to work Monday-Friday 6 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Experience with conveyors, motors, pumps, PLC basics, and general industrial equipment

Compensation & Benefits

• $27-$31/hour plus 5 hours of overtime weekly
