Seeking Driver Helper’s

• $20.00/HR
• Weekly performance bonuses up to $120
• CDL School sponsorship after 6 months of employment
• Assist driver on the route

Schedules:

• Dispatch Times: 3PM-5PM
• Must be willing to work evening/overnight shifts
• Weekends Required (Saturday and Sunday)
• Routes are completed within 10-12 hrs.
• Overnight relay at a hotel and off duty hours paid by the company is required for some routes.

To Qualify you must pass:

• Interview
• Drug Test
• Employment and background verifications
• Be willing to do touch freight

Responsibilities

• Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading goods using equipment like hand trucks and manual pallet jacks.
• Help move packages safely, adhering to proper manual handling and safe lifting practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and work areas.
• Follow all safety guidelines during load & unload processes, including heavy lifting techniques, equipment operation and back up spotter assistance for the driver.

Skills

• Prior delivery or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating pallet jacks is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Ability to lift heavy items repeatedly while maintaining safe lifting practices.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with drivers, customers, and team members.
