As the HCC Staffing Scheduler / Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in keeping our Healthcare Center running smoothly by coordinating nursing schedules, supporting department leadership, and serving as one of the key administrative resources for our skilled nursing community.

CompensationWe believe in being transparent about pay so you know exactly what to expect.
Starting Pay: $21.00/hour, with higher pay available based on experience.
What You'll DoNo two days are exactly alike. You'll balance staffing coordination with administrative support to help keep our Healthcare Center operating efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain daily and bi-weekly nursing schedules
- Coordinate staffing coverage for call-offs, vacations, and open shifts
- Monitor attendance, overtime, and payroll records
- Collaborate with nursing leadership and Human Resources on onboarding and scheduling
- Prepare staffing reports and maintain scheduling documentation
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Director of Nursing
- Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate office operations, supply ordering, and internal communications
- Assist with resident and family surveys and care plan communications
- Welcome visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
What We're Looking For• High school diploma or GED required
- Previous staffing, scheduling, administrative, or office management experience required
- Healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience with payroll, scheduling, or timekeeping systems is a plus
