Paid Training Program
To set every team member up for long-term success, all Oklahoma City hires will complete a paid 90-day training program in Dallas, Texas before returning to launch in the Oklahoma City market.
During training, you'll learn our proven sales process, project management systems, and customer experience standards while working alongside experienced leaders.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Perform exterior property and roof inspections
- Educate homeowners on the storm restoration and insurance process
- Manage roofing restoration projects from start to finish
- Build lasting customer relationships and generate referrals
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every project
