Member Service Representative

Our Member Service Representatives welcome members to TowneBank and handle requested transactions promptly and efficiently. They deliver exquisite customer service to all members. This position has three levels to provide for growth in the role. The level into which a candidate is hired will be based on their relevant experience, the needs in the specific branch, the budget for the position, and internal equity. The expected compensation range for an MSR I is $41,600 to $49,000. The good faith compensation ranges are based on the role, market, budget, internal equity, and candidate qualifications.
