Required:
Dental Hygiene license in the State worked or to be in application process Authorized to work in the United States
Full benefits package for employees working 32 hours or more per week
Limited benefits for part-time
Guarantee hourly rate of pay with bonus opportunities
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
