Harold Jones Landscape Inc is seeking an experienced, hands-on Landscape Construction Foreman to lead high-end residential landscape construction projects throughout Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and the West Los Angeles area. This field leadership position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship while leading crews through every phase of landscape installation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience reading and implementing landscape plans, coordinating field crews, communicating with clients and project teams, and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership & Project Execution
• Lead daily landscape construction crews on luxury residential projects.
• Assign work, coordinate daily activities, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Communicate effectively with clients, superintendents, project managers, and other on-site trades.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and promote a safe working environment.
• Landscape Construction
• Read, interpret, and implement landscape construction plans and specifications.
• Install and oversee irrigation systems, planting, drainage systems, landscape lighting, and minor hardscape features.
• Coordinate layout and installation to ensure projects meet design intent and company quality standards.
• Identify field issues and proactively communicate solutions to project management.
• Equipment & Quality Control
• Safely operate landscape construction equipment and machinery.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and ready for daily use
• Perform quality control inspections throughout each phase of construction.
• Ensure all work meets Harold Jones Landscape Inc.'s high standards before project completion.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of landscape construction experience.
• Previous experience leading landscape construction crews.
• Strong ability to read and implement landscape construction plans.
• Experience with irrigation installation, planting, drainage, minor hardscape, and landscape lighting.
• Experience operating landscape construction equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Reliable transportation to project sites.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Experience working on high-end residential estate projects.
• Knowledge of luxury landscape construction practices.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• OSHA certification is a plus.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Occasional Saturdays during peak construction season.

Work Location

• West Los Angeles, including Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and surrounding luxury residential communities.
• Field-based position with daily travel between project sites.
