Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
Operate all parts of the automated conveyor line and testing equipment to build and assemble quality pumps for customers. Learn how to gauge products as required, move material and parts within the cell work area, and replenish stock. Maintain production, quality, and equipment documentation as required, understand quality alerts, and report issues to the team lead. Repair defective/rejected production parts daily and analyze defects to assist with corrective action programs.

Essential Skills
- Manufacturing with recent experience in production worker, operator, or assembler roles for a total of 2 years.
- Good tenure at each position.
- Assembly experience in manufacturing.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Work Environment
Work in a newly renovated plant in Warren, moving from Oklahoma, engaging with major automotive companies including Ford, GM, Tesla, and FCA. As a global automotive supplier of pump, valvetrain, transmission, and electric drive components and systems, you will work with various machines including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and welding. Must be able to work 7 days a week, with shifts including 8-hour schedules (1st shift: 7:00AM - 3:30PM, 2nd shift: 3:00PM - 11:30PM, 3rd shift: 11:00PM - 7:30AM) and 10-hour schedules (1st shift: 5:00AM - 3:30PM, 2nd shift: 3:00PM - 1:30AM).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warren, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
