Position Details
- Full-time, Day Shift
- Monday – Friday schedule
- Located in our Ironwood Urology (Phoenix (Ahwatukee) & Gilbert) offices

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients; deliver exceptional customer service
- Collect, post, and reconcile patient payments; resolve payment issues
- Register patients and update demographic, insurance, HIPAA, and AOB information
- Schedule, check in/out patients, manage physician calendars, and arrange follow-up appointments
- Prepare and send testing procedures; manage paperwork and chart documentation
- Answer and route calls; monitor faxes and patient callbacks
- Reconcile daily reports and perform other assigned administrative duties
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
- Knowledge of insurance processes, medical terminology, and patient reports
- Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems
- Professional, positive attitude
Education & Experience
- 1–2 years of medical experience preferred
- Surgical and/or Medical Oncology experience strongly preferred
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Valid Driver’s License
