Position Details

  • Full-time, Day Shift
  • Monday – Friday schedule
  • Located in our Ironwood Urology (Phoenix (Ahwatukee) & Gilbert) offices

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients; deliver exceptional customer service
  • Collect, post, and reconcile patient payments; resolve payment issues
  • Register patients and update demographic, insurance, HIPAA, and AOB information
  • Schedule, check in/out patients, manage physician calendars, and arrange follow-up appointments
  • Prepare and send testing procedures; manage paperwork and chart documentation
  • Answer and route calls; monitor faxes and patient callbacks
  • Reconcile daily reports and perform other assigned administrative duties

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
  • Knowledge of insurance processes, medical terminology, and patient reports
  • Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems
  • Professional, positive attitude

Education & Experience

  • 1–2 years of medical experience preferred
  • Surgical and/or Medical Oncology experience strongly preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Valid Driver’s License
