Job Summary

The Certified Pharmacy Technician assists pharmacists perform daily tasks to serve customers. This could include filling medication orders, interacting with customers, maintenance of records, insurance billing, and inventory tasks.

This position will also staff our medication history department.

Job Responsibilities

*Data enter prescription and insurance adjudication.

*Prepare medication orders for pharmacist review.

*Place daily order with drug wholesaler, facilitate pick up of medications from other pharmacies, and stock pharmacy medications and supplies.

*Maintain accurate logs pertaining to cleaning, refrigerator temperatures, etc. related to USP 797.
