The Role

We need an RN to help run our T Shape 2 body contouring program, almost entirely on your own. This isn't an assist role. It's the role.

T Shape 2 is our flagship in-clinic treatment: body contouring and facial rejuvenation, twice-weekly protocols, real relationships with the same clients over 6–18 sessions. You'll manage the treatment plan and the client experience day to day, with our RN founder available for clinical support, but you're not waiting on approval to do your job.

No prior T Shape experience required. We train you and we're with you until you're ready to be on your own.

What You'll Actually Do

• Perform T Shape 2 body contouring treatments. It's a full body machine and the first (and currently the only) one in Sacramento.
• Own the client relationship. From first consult through the full protocol.
• Educate clients on what to expect and why the plan is built the way it is (we don't do high-pressure sales, you'll educate, not push)
• Manage your own treatment schedule and client load independently.
• Work alongside our clinical team without needing hand-holding to do it.

Compensation

$25–$60/hour, plus commission. Real range, and we mean it.

We'll build the structure around what you want:

• Want to sell more and control your upside? Lower base, bigger commission.
• Want consistency? Higher base, smaller commission.

Schedule

Weekends are a must. This is non-negotiable. If your ideal schedule is strictly Monday–Friday, this isn't the right fit.

Who We're Looking For

• Licensed California RN
• Self-starter — you don't need someone checking in on you to get your work done
• Friendly, confident, comfortable building relationships with the same clients over months
• Available weekends

Preferred, not required:

• Experience in aesthetics, med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or functional medicine
• Background in sales, hospitality, or another client-facing industry
• Comfortable talking through a treatment plan

We're a small, fast-growing practice, not a corporate clinic system. We want someone who wants to grow with us, not just fill a shift.
