Dental Hygienist Position

Join our team as a Dental Hygienist! We are offering a $7,500 welcome bonus.

Work Schedule

• Monday 8 am-5 pm
• Tuesday 8 am-5 pm
• Wednesday 8 am-5 pm
• Thursday 9 am-6 pm

This is a flexible role open to part-time arrangements.

Practice Details

• A two-doctor practice using Dentrix software
• 60-minute recare and 90-minute new patient appointments
• Bi-weekly and hourly pay with an option for Daily Pay
• Opportunities to earn daily and quarterly bonuses
• Access to Arestin, iTero, Velscope
• Continuing education coverage

About Us Our practice is tailored to the local community and patients. Supported by a practice manager, a well-trained on-site team, and an extensive network of experts, you’ll have full access to Heartland Dental's resources.

Qualifications

• Valid dental hygienist license and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
• Strong knowledge of dental practices and history documentation
• CPR certified

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, x-rays, and medical record systems
• Commitment to learning and skill enhancement
• Providing preventative care and dental maintenance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential tasks with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged sitting and standing periods
• Capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• Availability for virtual or in-person training sessions
• Tuberculosis (TB) test required for new hires in dental roles
