Role and Responsibilities of Froster:

You will support bakery production by frosting cakes, helping prepare products for guests, and contributing to a clean, upbeat, and welcoming bakery environment. This full-time role is primarily scheduled for evening availability and supports the bakery’s focus on quality, teamwork, and community joy.

• Put the finishing touches on cakes for guests.
• Support cake preparation in a bakery environment focused on quality and presentation.
• Help create sweet, celebration-ready products for guests.
• Maintain a positive and team-focused work environment.
• Support a bakery culture centered on celebration and community joy.
• Complete training related to cake crafting and personal growth.

Required Skills and Experience of Froster:

• Must be available primarily in the evenings between 12:00pm and 7:30pm.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
• Year-round availability is needed.
• Holiday and weekend availability is required.
• Schedule must coordinate with bakery operating hours.
• Flexibility in availability is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fun, guest-focused bakery environment.
• Willingness to complete training for cake crafting responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in working in a locally owned and operated bakery.
• Comfort with casual work attire, including T-shirts and sneakers.
• Interest in working in a bakery setting with flexible schedules, team connection, and community celebration.

Compensation and Benefits of Froster:

• Compensation is $11.00 to $13.00 per hour.
• Full-time position is available.
