Key Responsibilities:

• Companionship: Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations and activities. Care Companions help reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
• Personal Assistance: Assist clients with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, and hygiene. Care Companions ensure clients maintain their independence and dignity.
• Household Support: Help with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and errands. Care Companions contribute to creating a safe and comfortable living environment.
• Medication Reminders: Provide reminders for clients to take their medications as prescribed. Care Companions ensure clients adhere to their medication schedules.
• Transportation: Accompany clients to appointments, social activities, and errands. Care Companions provide reliable transportation and support during outings.
• Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team. Care Companions must be attentive and proactive in addressing clients' needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a caregiving or supportive role is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
