Key Responsibilities:

• Manage security services and operations for a portfolio of smaller accounts.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective service enhancement, problem resolution, and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training of security personnel.
• Prepare and enforce post orders and ensure compliance with all security protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of security and management experience.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Must possess an active Unarmed DCJS license.
• Ability to stand post as needed.
• Availability to cover events and work weekends.
