Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage multiple software development projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and development staff. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts. Implement and refine Agile development processes to optimize team productivity and project efficiency. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies. Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project teams, clients, and executive leadership. Ensure the successful delivery of software projects on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular progress reports. Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and software development workflows. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management within the software development industry. Demonstrated experience leading complex software development projects from inception to delivery. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and other software development methodologies. Exceptional leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. Experience managing budgets and financial aspects of software projects.
