Shear Excellence is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and high-energy Salon Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our salon. As our Salon Coordinator, you’re more than just the front desk — you’re the heartbeat of the client experience. From the moment guests walk in or call to book, you set the tone for their entire visit.

What You’ll Do

• Greet every guest with warmth and confidence — you’re our first (and lasting) impression
• Manage appointments in person and over the phone with ease and efficiency
• Process transactions accurately and handle front desk operations smoothly
• Help keep the salon flowing by supporting stylists and guests throughout the day
• Handle guest questions and needs with professionalism, positivity, and care
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and shared spaces that reflect our brand
• Stay flexible and proactive as the day evolves — no two days are the same!

What We’re Looking For

• Strong multitasking and time-management skills in a busy, guest-focused setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills (yes, including that “smile through the phone”)
• Organized, punctual, self-motivated, and upbeat
• Comfortable interacting with a wide range of personalities
• Salon or spa experience is a plus — but not required
• Availability Fridays, Saturdays, and evenings
• Flexibility to work at our SouthPark location as needed
