Utilities Foreman- Excavation

The Utility Foreman will work effectively with Construction Manager, Superintendent and peers in the successful rehabilitation and repairs of a variety of water, sewer, and storm water lines. Will supervise and facilitate the construction phase of projects by directly managing COE crews and sub-contractors while providing oversight for production, safety, quality, and training. As a representative of management supports the mission, vision, strategic plan, goals, and decisions of the Department and City.
