Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Receptionist and Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In this multi-role opportunity you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales transactions, and answering any customer questions. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using computerized systems.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing office space.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office management duties as required.

Experience

  • Previous experience in sales is highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Great communication skills are required
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
