In this dynamic setting, you may be assigned to a variety of schoolsmost in the Golden and Evergreen areasworking with diverse age groups and a range of disabilities. Your adaptability will be key, as caseloads and locations are determined closer to assignment, allowing you to bring impactful services where theyre most needed.

Preferred Background and Qualifications:

  • Active or in-process Colorado Department of Education (CDE) SLP licensure
  • ASHA certification preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience in pediatrics and school-based speech pathology settings
  • Ability to support students with a broad spectrum of communication needs
  • Commitment to a workload-based service delivery model
  • Flexibility to work across multiple schools and age groups

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in accordance with school and district policies
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to best support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and team consultations
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring

This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with 35 hours per weekproviding the predictability you need to balance your professional and personal life.
