Recruitment Resourcer

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Recruitment Resourcer for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and databases

Screen CVs against job specifications and shortlist suitable applicants

Conduct initial telephone screenings and competency-based interviews

Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future vacancies

Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers

Maintain accurate candidate records and update ATS system consistently

Requirements

1+ year of recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition experience

Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills

Organised and able to manage multiple open vacancies simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English

Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
