YOUR ROLE AT KIK
Forklift Operator – 1st Shift (Monday – Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, overtime on Saturdays as required).
In this entry‑level role, you will safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment to move product throughout the warehouse, load and unload trailers, and support an efficient, organized production flow.

You will help maintain a safe, clean work environment while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures, and Safety Standards.
The position has an hourly rate of $20.60 per hour.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Safely operate a forklift and other material handling equipment to move product throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload materials from trailers, ensuring proper handling and product integrity.
- Efficiently move and stage materials in and around the department as needed.
- Complete loading and inventory documentation accurately, adhering to Hazmat rules where applicable.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area in line with 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Standards, and all plant policies and procedures.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) (preferred).
- 2 or more years of prior sit‑down forklift, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.
- Experience using an RF scanner or warehouse management system (WMS) (required).
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand instructions, schedules, and requests in English.
- Basic math and counting skills for accurate inventory and order handling.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Team player who works well with others and maintains a positive, safety‑first attitude.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and climb consistently throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions, including grasping, reaching, bending, and lifting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment and conveyor systems.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to work in diverse environmental conditions, including non‑temperature‑controlled settings, high temperatures and humidity, potential high noise levels depending on location, and regular interaction with various chemicals and chemical products.
COMPENSATION
Hourly rate: $20.60 per hour.
