Key Qualifications:

  • Valid and current SLP license required
  • ASHA and CCC certification is mandatory
  • Prior experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a caseload of 15-20 students, delivering direct speech and language therapy services
  • Screen, assess, and develop new and existing treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Lead and participate in IEP meetings, documenting progress and collaborating with educational teams and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and district requirements
  • Work closely with teachers and staff to foster inclusive, supportive classroom environments for students
