Key Qualifications:
- Valid and current SLP license required
- ASHA and CCC certification is mandatory
- Prior experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee a caseload of 15-20 students, delivering direct speech and language therapy services
- Screen, assess, and develop new and existing treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Lead and participate in IEP meetings, documenting progress and collaborating with educational teams and families
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and district requirements
- Work closely with teachers and staff to foster inclusive, supportive classroom environments for students
