Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. is hiring experienced Diesel Mechanics, Trailer Technicians, and Reefer Technicians to support our growing fleet service operation.

Clean, well-equipped shop & supportive leadership
What You’ll DoPerform preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, reefers, and APUsComplete brake repairs, suspension work, and DOT/FHWA inspections
Diagnose electrical systems and ABS brakes
Handle tire services (mounting, balancing, flat repairs)
Complete structural trailer repairs, rear doors, and washouts
Troubleshoot APUs and assist with road service calls
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused shop
What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience in diesel, trailer, or transport refrigeration repair preferred DOT inspections & air brake experience required
Valid driver’s license
Obtain a toolbox and the required tools
Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
