RV Service Tech / Multi-Trade Maintenance

Labor Finders has an opening for RV Service Technicians for long-term work in and around the Jacksonville area. We are seeking experienced candidates who can diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of RV systems. This role combines automotive, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities may include performing preventative maintenance and repairs on engines, generators, electrical systems, plumbing systems, water heaters, appliances, slide-outs, awnings, roofing, flooring, cabinetry, and interior fixtures. Candidates may also troubleshoot 12V and 120V electrical systems, repair HVAC units, perform leak detection and water damage repairs, and complete carpentry-related restoration work. This position requires strong diagnostic abilities and the flexibility to work across multiple trades. RV techs are often expected to handle everything from mechanical repairs to interior finish work.
