Affordable Property Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of an affordable housing community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property rentals, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property occupancy.

**Duties:**

• Negotiate and enforce leases and rental agreements
• Utilize property management software such as Yardi for efficient operations
• Manage Section 8 housing programs and compliance
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and address their inquiries promptly
• Maintain organized office operations related to property leasing

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience in property management or a related field
• Knowledge of property management laws and regulations
• Proficiency in using property management software like Yardi, or similar platforms
• Strong negotiation skills for lease agreements and vendor contracts
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve tenant issues effectively
• Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus
