Position: Senior NDT / RTFI & CSWIP Inspector
Department: QA/QC NDT Inspection
Location: Hazira, India
Industry: Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery / EPC / Fabrication
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all NDT procedures, inspection plans, and related documents are approved and implemented as per project requirements.
- Verify NDT method selection in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications (RT, UT, MT, PT, PAUT).
- Monitor and supervise NDT activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures and quality standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (Preferred).
- ASNT / ISO / PCN Level III Certification in RT, UT, MT, PT, and PAUT (Mandatory).
- CSWIP Certification preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Projects covering both Structural and Piping inspection activities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Advanced NDT Techniques such as PAUT, TOFD, and AUT.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, API, ASTM, ASME, ISO Codes, Standards, and QA/QC Procedures.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
