Position Overview:

We are seeking a competitive and goal-driven Admissions Sales Representative to engage with prospective students, identify their needs, and drive enrollment through a consultative sales approach. This role is ideal for individuals with a track record of meeting sales targets and a passion for helping others succeed through education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Qualify and manage a pipeline of prospective students through phone calls, email outreach, and CRM follow-up strategies.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct needs-based interviews to understand career objectives and present compelling educational solutions that align with student goals.
  • Close Sales & Drive Enrollment: Guide students through the enrollment process, overcome objections, and achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
  • CRM & Funnel Tracking: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to track outreach, conversion rates, and follow-up strategies.
  • Event-Based Lead Generation: Represent Fortis College at career fairs and recruitment events to build brand awareness and capture qualified leads.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Associate degree or higher degree preferred.
  • Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of inside sales, business development, or consultative selling experience. Experience working in high-volume, metrics-driven environments preferred.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals or performance metrics.
  • Sales Mindset: Competitive, persistent, and confident in closing conversations and overcoming objections.
  • Tech Fluency: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, CampusVue) and comfortable using data to drive decisions.
