We are currently looking for a highly motivated, results-driven, and relationship-oriented Sales Business Development Representative (B2B) to drive new business growth within the plastic raw materials, recycling, and metallurgical industries. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, building long-term client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, prospect, and develop new customers, suppliers, and business partnerships.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, networking, and market outreach to generate opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sales support.
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare costs, negotiate pricing, and manage purchasing activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, contracts, and commercial documentation.
- Maintain CRM/ERP records and track pipelines, opportunities, supplier databases, and KPIs.
- Research markets, competitors, pricing trends, and new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at meetings, trade shows, and client visits.
