We are seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Client Services & Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while assisting with scheduling, answering questions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive client experience.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is detail-oriented, enjoys helping others, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients professionally by phone, email, and text.
- Answer questions regarding services and appointments.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments as needed.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally or escalate when appropriate.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform general administrative and office support duties.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service, administrative, or client support experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience scheduling appointments.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
