Qualifications

• Current PTA license in Ohio
• 1+ year of acute care PTA experience required
• Home health experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapy services in patients' homes under a Physical Therapist's plan of care
• Monitor patient progress and maintain timely documentation
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to improve patient outcomes
